Chinese New Year 2010

So here'sa few days after chinese new year (not a whole week at least!). Trying to cut down on the week due posts!
On CNY eve went to Kim's house for reunion dinner. Had super yummy steamboat and no pictures! I mean. Ah you know what i mean.
After Programming test yesterday. I have a high feeling I'm gonna get C for programming. There goes my GPA. ~.~
The only exciting thing (besides everything else!) about Chinese New Year is the new clothes i get to wear. The nice feeling you get unwrapping the clothes you kept for CNY. Hehehe. This was my stash.
First day look. Face cut off cuz i was having one of those "face wont look good for shit" face.
Matching turquoise bag!
Erica says her nails look high contrast with the bag. Tiger stripes for Tiger year.
In our great aunt's house the focus was on the new baby twins.

My open house. No pictures for some reason. These are taken by Yang. (Probably cuz harveena kept saying "Eh take pics leh")
For some reason, we're both wearing 100% Cotton On clothing. Shit i just realised stripes really does make people look fat. WHERE ARE MY ALREADY-UNSEE-ABLE CURVES? >=(
WHOA WHOA. Is sharlene smiling with teeth? :o
HOAHHH. Fat.
My nails were supposed to resemble cherry blossoms for Chinese new year. But oh well. Normal flowers look good too.

Oh this is such a short post. CNY was awesome with lots of houses to visit and friends to eat with and of course the free money!

Very proud of my JB town. Almost 3 hours of nonstop fireworks. At midnight the whole sky was lit and i could see various types of fireworks being let out. Hahahaha

Ah, Chinese new year break!
I have Draw assignment and Programming test next week though I'm trying to let my brain rest after this HECTIC week. I have only one exam this coming March which will be Mathematics. Not too confident but hope i can sharpen my somewhat nonexistant math skills before the exams.
Hurray for overexposed pictures!
During Drawing test. Portrait drawing. Hope i can maintain my previous A though this isnt fantastic.

Posing with my artwork like Picasso. Heh.
Particularly liked 3D this time around even though it was very rushed! We were supposed to add more models to our previous 3D subway scene and use lights to make it look more realistic.
Here's my shots taken in 5 minutes when i realised i havent produced the 4 best screen shots.
These arent my best mind you, its the shots i could produce in 5 minutes.
Yang helped model the ladder. Very good considering its his first time touching Maya.
I went for a "Subway Disco" theme so to have an excuse to do hardcore disco lights.
Glassy table.
Some designs i did for Trexi toys.
Class exercise when we were told to make our own Logo. Here's my VanitySierra logo. Hahaha.
ITS A MIRROR DAMMIT!
Not a ping pong bat. Hahahahaha.
Met up with GEMS classmates to rehearse our roleplay presention on Etiquette. My groupmates are Calissa, Venka, As'syiqin and Amaryllis.
Amaryllis isnt in these pictures cuz she didnt come for the rehearsal and she left immediatly after the presentation on the actual day.

Actual day. Syiqin already changed out of her formal wear. Hahaha i look so businessy and weird!

Class lunch at Food Haven in SP. Surprisingly nice food there though we were left with very little choices as its a buffet (in singapore! haha)
I didnt have enough ice cream on my Wafer so i took from Calissa. Hehe.

UPDATE : Design is done! Mounted on a board and wrapped with cling wrap! (Okay not cling wrap its the textbook wrapper quality but you know what i mean). My group's work is the nearest one[left]. Hoohaa!
