Whats with the three random guys above? Well i'll explain.

Knowing me, i would probably not do this post until next week or something as it only happened YESTERDAY.

I might actually be the first one to post about it since i googled the event and there's only promo's on giveaways for the event but not the event itself

Anyway!!!
My parents brought me along for Jack Daniels Global Tour 2009-Singapore. Its so nice being 18 really.

Its an all expense paid trip to Singapore (wahahha, like its so far away) where the itenerary includes FREE FLOW OF JACK DANIELS.

I mean.. where the itinerary includes going to Hard Rock Cafe to meet the likes of some Asian aritsts like DJ Spydermonkey.. And some other people O.o
DID I MENTION MY MUM TOOK PICTURES WITH MTV's UTT?!

As this thing is a NOT PLANNED thing. I wore suckily and didnt have accesories with me. So sorry Harveena, i borrowed your Heart necklace that i left in my bag wanting to give back to you=.=

I only followed my parents for the second day thing which was supposed to include Duck Tours (haha), Singapore Flyer visits (all free too!) and the bigass Hong Kong canton group Grasshopper's concert.. SR seems to know who they are.

Maybe its like during your parents era. FASTER ASK YOUR PARENTS COME AND LOOK HERE.

Back to the topic.
We stayed in Orchard Hotel Singapore. (I went there after Freshman Orientation Camp REUNION. Dont ask, i dont know why theres a reunion for a CAMP). I slept since i was super tired from the barbeque.
My parents were out for the event in Hard Rock Cafe... and they didnt go for the Duck tours or Singapore Flyer thingey the next day.
Here's the lobby full of people excited about the concert that i had no idea about.

Upon entering, i was issued a ticket. Haha

People eating, drinking. Alot of food like steaks, pork ribs, mashed potato, baked potato, chocolate cake, prawns, fish....

Here's the funny part okay. When the band came out, the crowd beside us was like, SCREAMING ON TOP OF THEIR LUNGS.
And we were not quite sure who they were right,.. so even the Grasshopper guys were saying in cantonese, "IS OUR SONG NOT UPBEAT ENOUGH FOR YOU? MUST I SHOW MORE SKIN?" Cuz he was already wearing quite sexily for a guy..

All their costumes are madly themed. First was a Alice in Wonderland thing with chess Knights and stone man (dont ask). And here's some of the dancers with weird headgears.

After people started pushing their way to the front.. being 4th row from the front didnt help anymore!!!!.. Here's kiasu me.

HE WAS SO CLOSE TO ME!!!!! (and i barely know who they are)

Then we got to meet them backstage. I need to get the pictures of them and myself from some guy...

OH OH AND I MET JEANNETTE AW. The main actress for The Little Nyonya. Actually she's not very nice. I dont know if she was busy or didnt really care for people but her "bodyguards" (tomboys) were all like.. "NO! PICTURES LATER!!!". Probably she wanted to take pictures with the Grasshopper guys since shes sooooo famous she can take pictures with whoever she wants.
In my opinion, the "bodyguards" were barely promoting here. More like hogging her.

This stuff is delicious. Jack Daniel's Whiskey Caramel. I had to control not to have too much.

1/4 of the buffet table(s).

Free flow of Jack Daniels yo!!! Thats my mum waiting for some green tea. Haha

Booze!

Anyway. We left the stadium about 12am at night. Most of the group left for Clarke Quay while my parents and myself went back to the hotel.. Collected our stuff and drove back to JB.Reaching home at 3am..
